Okay, so, there are two reasons why I haven't updated here in a while. One is that things have been busy, obviously. The other is that this blog is my main place for posting memes, and really? I feel like my answers have been boring. They've been the same artists repeated over and over again, and that was kind of embarrassing to me.
But. I like Music Memoirs so I'm going to try to do the memes more, even if I can't think of more interesting answers. But if I feel that my answers are really lame, I may decide not to post every one that I attempt.
Tuesday Tunes: Week 69 One question this week: Tell us your biggest musical regret.:
That would involve a concert, probably. The problem is with picking just one.
Because of weather and because I was feeling exhausted, among other reaons, I chose not to see The Police on their last tour when I had the chance to. It was more about the principle of the thing: the idea of getting to see them at least one, more than out of love for them. I feel stupid for not making the effort.
And I had tickets to a Pogues show last year, but I was too sick to go. So not only did I miss the concert, but I wasted a lot of money in the process. (What I regret more is missing the Conan O'Brien taping that I was supposed to attend on that trip.)

Watch "The Young Ones", 80's BBC show, and wish they'd made more than 12 episodes.
Drool over wonderful King of America cover.
Kidnap Elvis AND Justin Lodgey AND Paul to preserve sanity and ward off post-concert depression.
Pretty much try to stay in a constant state of confusion (like Johnny Depp) just because of the expression it leaves on my face.
Protest War
(feeling a little ambitious, are we?)
